產(chǎn)品介紹
Hoechst 33342，也稱bisBenzimide H33342或HOE 33342，是一種非嵌入性的亮藍(lán)色熒光染料。染料在溶液中熒光較弱，它們在活細(xì)胞中 DNA聚AT序列富集區(qū)域的小溝處與DNA結(jié)合后熒光變得明亮，故此類染料也被稱為DNA探針。因背景較低，故染色細(xì)胞不需洗滌步驟，且染色非常穩(wěn)定，對活細(xì)胞無毒，結(jié)合DNA染色后可持續(xù)幾天或更長時間。Hoechst 33342與Hoechst 33258相比在水中的溶解度要低，但兩種染料均具有高細(xì)胞膜滲透性，被廣泛用于細(xì)胞凋亡檢測，染色后可用熒光顯微鏡觀察或流式細(xì)胞儀檢測。
以貼壁細(xì)胞（96孔板）舉例，每孔100 μL染色工作液，10 mL可以用于100個孔的染色。
